Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
The item must be in its original condition (unused, unwashed, with tags attached).
Return or exchange must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.
Only defective, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible for returns or exchanges.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items with signs of use, wash, or damage caused by the customer.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Provide Proof: Share clear pictures of the product if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Approval & Process: Once approved, we will guide you on how to return the item.

Return & Exchange Shipping Costs

If the return/exchange is due to our mistake (wrong or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return/exchange is due to a change of mind or wrong size selection, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
Refund & Processing Time
Exchanges: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will send the replacement within 5-7 business days.
Refunds: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer or store credit within 7-10 business days after approval.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the return/exchange policy applies.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time & Delivery

Standard delivery time is 3-7 business days, depending on the city and courier service availability.
Deliveries in major cities may take 3-5 business days, while remote areas may take up to 7 days.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp, email, or SMS.
Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided (if applicable).

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan.
Customers must pay the full amount in cash at the time of delivery.

Delays & Issues

Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Please provide the correct shipping address and contact details at checkout.
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply.
